Suddenly tons of file-sharing websites are saying you can only download files that you have personally uploaded. Some of the sites I’ve tried include:

What is going on here? Has the U.S. government struck again? Seems that RapidShare is still working, albeit slow as fuck, but I’m really starting to wonder when all of these websites are going to suffer...
